Job summary

Conferre Group's Melbourne venues are seeking motivated full‑time Chefs / Cooks to join the team in the Melbourne CBD. You will work closely with the Head Chef, running all sections of a professional kitchen.

With at least 3 years' experience, a trade qualification, and experience with Italian food, you will bring creativity, effective communication, and a flexible approach to shifts. The remuneration is AU$80,000–AU$82,000, with mentorship and generous staff discounts across our venues.

As part of Conferre Group, Tipo 00, Osteria Ilaria, Harriot, and Figlia are seeking motivated and passionate full time Chefs / Cooks to join their teams in the Melbourne CBD.

These are exciting full time positions for serious candidates who are looking to further their career. You will work closely with the Head Chef and will need to be able to run all sections of a professional kitchen. With leadership from our Head Chef, this is your opportunity to further develop your skills.

You will have initiative in generating ideas and creative alternatives according to seasonality. Successful candidates will also need:
