Qualifications

• Experience leading small kitchen teams and managing daily workflows.
• Trade qualification with Food Safety Supervisor Certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operation, including scheduling and service delivery.
• Oversee menu planning, food preparation and presentation to high standards.
• Manage stock ordering, inventory and food costs with waste minimisation.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance.
