Hursey Seafoods in Stanley, Tasmania, is seeking an experienced Chef for an immediate start in our busy waterfront restaurant. This full-time role offers the chance to work with some of Tasmania's finest seafood and join a family-run operation renowned for fleet-to-plate excellence.

We provide furnished accommodation in a chef share house, and a coastal lifestyle in the historic fishing village of Stanley. Candidates should thrive in a busy service and bring creativity to the menu.

Formación

• Solid experience on pans and in a busy service environment.
• Passion for producing consistently great seafood dishes.

Hursey Seafoods is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Chef for an immediate start in our busy waterfront restaurant in Stanley, on Tasmania's stunning North West Coast.

Located beneath the iconic Nut, Hursey Seafoods offers a true fleet-to-plate experience, with our family's fleet of nine fishing boats supplying premium wild-caught Southern Rock Lobster, fresh fish, abalone and scallops from Tasmania's pristine waters.

Our recently refurbished restaurant showcases the very best of Tasmanian seafood, and we're looking for a chef who enjoys working with exceptional produce, thrives in a busy kitchen and can bring creativity and flair to our menu.
