OTTO Sydney, part of the Fink Group, is one of NSW's leading dining destinations, perched at Woolloomooloo Wharf with water views and a seasonal Italian-inspired menu. We are hiring a Chef De Partie on a full-time contract with hourly pay and penalties; you will work in a fast-paced kitchen alongside a skilled team, with opportunities for progression and mentorship.

Candidates should have 12 months CDP experience, knowledge of produce, and full Australian working rights; nights and weekends

What we are looking for

• Experience in this role workingin a quality establishment.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a CDP
• Detailed knowledge of food and produce.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast paced, high quality restaurant
• Have full Australian working rights.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
