Mantra Club Croc in Airlie Beach offers a vibrant resort kitchen environment. As Chef de Partie, you will lead a kitchen station, deliver high-quality dishes and work closely with the brigade to maintain excellent service levels.

You will train junior staff, manage costs, and ensure food safety standards while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests in the Whitsundays region.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen setting as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Solid understanding of HACCP and health, safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to train and guide junior chefs and lead sections during busy periods.
• Strong organisational skills for prep, planning and cost control.
• Willingness to work across weekends and public holidays as required.

• Manage your kitchen section efficiently to ensure smooth service flow.
• Take charge at the pass when required and monitor food and labour costs.
• Maintain high-quality, well-presented dishes in line with property guidelines and timelines.
• Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff to support development and growth.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well organised with strict food safety standards.
