Welcome Hospitality Pty is seeking an experienced Chef for the Toormina Hotel on the beautiful Coffs Coast. This full-time role involves delivering quality meals in a busy hospitality environment and joining a supportive kitchen team.

The position is based at Toormina Hotel with potential future opportunities across Sawtell and Moonee Beach as the team expands. You will contribute to daily prep, specials and functions while ensuring high food safety standards.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy pub, hotel, restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and safety.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Mansioni

• Prepare, cook and present meals to established standards.
• Work across kitchen sections during lunch and dinner services.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with daily preparation, menu specials and functions.
• Support stock control and waste reduction.
