Job summary

Delaware North Australia at Adelaide Airport is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to lead a section of the kitchen and support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher with proven Chef de Partie experience, strong food safety knowledge, and excellent communication. This on-site role offers growth across our global hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong understanding of Food Safety and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order supplies.
• Monitor quality of dishes from prep to presentation.
• Minimise waste and ensure HACCP compliance across stations.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to set and evaluate service standards.
• Mentor kitchen team and maintain clear communication with staff.
