The Sporting Globe Bar and Grill in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will support the head chef, ensure recipes are followed, and help deliver top-quality dishes to guests in a vibrant sports-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a hotel, restaurant or pub environment.

• Commitment to brand standards, OH&S and food hygiene procedures.

• Availability across a variety of shifts on a rotating 7-day roster.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all meals are cooked to perfection according to our recipe & plating guides, served on time, and of the highest quality.
• Manage kitchen operations alongside the head chef, including staff allocation and general kitchen management.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
• Showcase culinary skills across all kitchen stations, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to standards.
• Keep the kitchen and stock holding areas clean and organised while prioritising OH&S and food hygiene.
