RACV City Club invites a Chef de Partie to join the Conferences & Events kitchen in Melbourne. You will deliver refined culinary experiences for members, corporate guests and premium events, while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will lead and mentor junior chefs, ensure food safety, and contribute to the ongoing development of the kitchen team across multiple sections including hot kitchen, larder, pastry and butchery.

Qualifications

• Requires Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
• Experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort or conference & events kitchen preferred.
• Strong foundation in food safety and hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train and support apprentices, cooks and junior chefs.
• Deliver high-quality food across conferences, functions and events.
• Maintain mise en place, service flow and waste minimisation.
