Job summary

Pippi's Cronulla is seeking a Chef de Partie to work across hot section, pasta and larder in a busy waterfront restaurant kitchen. You will prepare and cook dishes to a high standard and support the kitchen team during service in a dynamic coastal venue.

You’ll bring proven experience on the hot section, including fresh pasta and pasta service, plus a reliable, punctual work ethic and strong communication. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential in our supportive team

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Strong experience on hot section, including fresh pasta and pasta service.
• Ability to work confidently during high-volume services.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Reliable, punctual and well organised.
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard.

• Assisting with prep, stock rotation and general kitchen organisation.
• Working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and the rest of the kitchen team.
