Qualifications

• Experience in Asian/Cantonese cuisine is preferred, particularly wok skills, dim sum and Cantonese roasts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with a supportive kitchen team.
