As a Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality meal services to Defence personnel. This includes preparing and presenting meals for standard dining, field operations, and in-flight requirements.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, safely, and in line with food safety standards, while contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Must be eligible to hold a Defence baseline security clearance. As a result of this requirement, the applicant must be an Australian Citizen.
