We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present authentic dishes with consistency and high quality.
• Plan, develop, and update menus, balancing traditional flavours with innovative dishes.

Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate IV or higher) or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 1 or 2 years’ full-time experience as a Chef, preferably specialising in continental cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of herbs & spices, cooking methods, and authentic menu preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
