Job summary

Belmondos Group in Noosa Heads is seeking qualified chefs for Grill Chef and Pasta Chef positions. You will join a passionate hospo team at Belmondos Group, overseeing stations, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring clean, organized kitchen and storage areas.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of similar experience, strong cost control skills, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism and excellent communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar role
• Proven skill and ability in managing food costs, including portion sizes and wastage
• Can control your temperament in stressful situations
• Maintain a consistently clean kitchen and store areas
• Possess professional presentation
• Have great communication skills
• Be proficient in ordering and stock control
• Work well under pressure
• Be positive and have a 'can do' attitude
