Job summary

Kingsley Motel in the Southwest region of Manjimup seeks a Chef to manage and run the restaurant and kitchen to a high standard. You will design changing menus and oversee stock, while ensuring a top-tier service for guests during dinner service 5 nights a week.

The role involves supervising kitchen staff, managing social media/marketing, and maintaining clean and well-organised operations. Accommodation and meals may be negotiable depending on arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience with relevant qualifications.
• Ability to design and produce changing menus.
• Willingness to work the occasional weekend function including early mornings.

Kingsley Motel is seeking out a new Chef for our Restaurant.

Located in the Southwest region of Manjimup

We are requiring someone to manage and run the restaurant and kitchen to a high level of standard.

Preferably over 3 years of kitchen experience with relevant qualifications.

Kingsley Motel is a small country motel, with a restaurant and Bar that can seat up to 50 people. Our menu changes with the seasons, utilising where we can local fresh ingredients, focusing more on fine dining than pub meals. We are open 5 nights a week from 5.30pm with the occasional weekend function which may include the occasional breakfast shift

About the role

You will be required to design and produce changing menus

Run the kitchen to a high standard, including stock ordering

Maintain a high level of service

Supervise staff in your kitchen

Social media and marketing

Maintaining stock and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
