Job summary

The Lara Salvos Store is seeking a values-driven Sales Assistant to support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and deliver an inspired in-store experience for customers and the local community.

This permanent part-time role offers 20 hours a week in Lara, VIC, with salary and conditions aligned to the Retail General Industry Award Level 3. You will handle sales, donations, merchandising and customer service while embracing TSA values.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work across merchandising standards and store presentation.
