Working in modern underground conditions with a strong safety culture and well-supported blasting systems, you'll be responsible for charging development headings and stopes to design specifications. Accuracy, discipline and strict adherence to procedures are essential, as your work directly influences fragmentation, dilution control and downstream productivity. This is a role for operators who take pride in doing things properly, understand the importance of controlled blasting, and want to be part of a team where safety and precision come first.
