Evolution Mining is seeking a Charge Up Operator for underground blasting at Mungari, Western Australia. You will safely prepare and charge blasts, comply with legislative and site procedures, and maintain magazine control while supporting the underground mining team.
The role requires a WA Shot Firer’s Ticket, a WA C Class Driver’s Licence, a Dangerous Goods Security Card and at least two years of underground mining experience. Hypercharge/IKON experience is valued.

Play a critical role in keeping our underground operation moving safely and efficiently. As a Charge Up Operator at Mungari, you'll be responsible for the safe handling and charging of explosives across development and production areas, ensuring blast activities are completed to the highest standards. Working alongside experienced mining professionals, you'll contribute directly to production outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and teamwork.
Based at our Mungari Operations and reporting to the Mining Shift Supervisor, you'll:
You'll work closely with Underground Foremen, Technical Services, Survey and Maintenance teams to help deliver safe and efficient underground mining outcomes.
This position is offered on a 7:7 roster working 12-hour shifts, with FIFO from Perth or residential opportunities in Kalgoorlie.
