Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in agile environments and driving automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a chapter of data scientists across Australia and India, including hiring, coaching, performance and career development.
• Plan and run validation work from prioritising engagements to timely delivery at high quality.
• Lead development of validation tooling and methods; challenge methodology with evidence.
