Job summary

You will collaborate with model developers, risk owners and regulators to ensure robust validation and governance, while driving improvements and high-quality reporting across the enterprise risk function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in model validation within financial services.
• Knowledge of credit risk models (IFRS9, APS113) and capital provisioning.
• Strong statistical and mathematical background with hands-on tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end validations of credit risk, provisioning and stress-testing models.
• Provide expert-level challenge and actionable recommendations to model developers and owners.
• Ensure compliance with APRA standards and internal governance policies.
• Contribute to validation reports and present findings to risk committees.
