Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Change Readiness Consultant to lead high-volume change initiatives under the guidance of the Readiness Lead and Senior Managers. You will complete impact assessments, deliver communications, and actively manage risks to ensure adoption and embedding of new systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience coordinating and delivering business change initiatives and readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to assess impacts, manage risks and solve problems proactively.
• Experience developing communications, learning materials and adoption support resources.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and the use of AI and digital tools.
• Professional certification in change management (such as Prosci or APMG) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-volume change initiatives under guidance of the Readiness Lead and Senior Managers.
• Complete impact assessments, deliver change communications, raise risks and track progress.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by developing change tools and templates including AI-optimised resources.
