Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Change Analyst within transformation programs.
• Experience supporting large technology, ERP, HRIS, Finance or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong change impact assessment and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Excellent written communication skills with experience developing communications and learning materials.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Support learning needs analysis and business readiness planning.
• Develop change and communication plans, briefing packs, FAQs and engagement materials.
• Create training materials, leader toolkits and user support resources.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, workshops and change forums.
• Assist with readiness assessments, adoption tracking and change reporting.
• Support go-live and hypercare activities, including floor walking and user support.
• Identify and manage change risks and issues with the Senior Change Manager.

Day Rate Contract

12 month contract

Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, you'll play a key role in helping prepare the business for significant change by assessing impacts, supporting readiness activities, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and developing communications and learning materials.You will work across a broad range of business teams, collaborating with project managers, business analysts, SMEs, technology teams, testers, and business leaders to ensure employees are equipped to successfully adopt new processes and technology.

Some duties will include to:

• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis activities
• Support learning needs analysis and business readiness planning
• Develop change and communication plans, briefing packs, FAQs and engagement materials
• Create training materials, leader toolkits and user support resources
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, workshops and change forums
• Assist with readiness assessments, adoption tracking and change reporting
• Support go-live and hypercare activities, including floor walking and user support
• Identify and manage change risks and issues in collaboration with the Senior Change Manager

How do you exceed ourexpectations?

Experience as a Change Analyst, within transformation programs

Experience supporting large technology, ERP, HRIS, Finance or business transformation initiatives

Strong change impact assessment and stakeholder engagement capability

Excellent written communication skills with experience developing communications and learning materials

Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Confidence working with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation

A collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a high-performing project team

Any experience supporting a Workday implementation OR exposure to HR, Payroll or Finance transformation projects will be highly regarded
