Jewish Care Victoria is seeking a Change Manager to lead the people-side change management for our Windsor office relocation. You will partner with the Project Manager – Office Relocation and the Head of Property to ensure staff are informed, prepared and supported through the move, from announcement to full occupation in a new, open-office environment.
The role is fixed-term and part-time (3 days per week), onsite at Windsor.

The Change Manager will lead the people-side change management effort for this relocation, working closely with the Project Manager – Office Relocation and the Head of Property to ensure staff are well informed, prepared, and supported through every stage of the move from initial announcement through to full occupation of the new site. This role will maintain a regular on-site presence throughout the fit-out and staged move to stay close to progress and staff sentiment as they shift not only to a new building but from closed to open office layouts.
The Change Manager will design, develop, implement and embed change strategies including thorough change impact assessments, communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, training, and the respectful handover of Jewish Care's history to the new site. Prior experience managing change for an office or workplace relocation is highly desirable.
This is a fixed term, part-time role based onsite in our Windsor office.
