Job summary

The Flinders HealthCARE Centre seeks a Change Management Lead to activate the new facility and drive organisational change. Reporting to the Program Director and working with People and Culture, you will align change plans with University frameworks and stakeholders, guiding adoption and readiness across the Activation Program.

Qualifications

• You have highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Experience leading and delivering change management programs across project lifecycles.
• Experience overseeing change impact analysis and creating fit-for-purpose plans.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing, gathering and analysing data, assessing the impact of change, recommending interventions and mitigations, and providing insights to help informed decision-marking.
• Creating and delivering tailored change management plans and required supporting plans such as Communications and Engagement Plans.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders, guiding leaders to be the 'face of change' through practical and strategic change management techniques.
• Leading, delivering, and monitoring engagements to ensure regular opportunities for stakeholders and affected groups that enable buy-in and early adoption.
