Job summary

Talent in Canberra seeks a Change Manager for the Major People, Process Transformation & Business Readiness Program. You'll partner with business stakeholders to map impacts on people, processes and operating models, ensuring readiness for the future state.

This hybrid Canberra-based role focuses on benefits realisation, MSP practices, and practical change delivery across communication, enablement and risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven organisational change management experience within complex transformation environments.
• Strong experience identifying change impacts and understanding how transformation affects business processes, stakeholders and organisational readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation and influencing capability.
• Understanding of MSP principles and benefits management, or willingness to develop this capability.
• Tertiary qualifications with change management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change impact and readiness activities, working with stakeholders to understand how changes affect their people, processes and operating environment.
• Identify gaps across business processes and SOPs, helping stakeholders improve, develop or establish what is needed for the future state.
• Deliver change activities across communication, enablement, benefits measurement, organisational readiness, risks and continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships across complex stakeholder groups, helping people navigate ambiguity and the practical challenges that come with significant change.
