Job summary

Nine is seeking an experienced Lead Change Manager to drive the end-to-end change management, communications, and training strategy for the QMS team's transition into Nine's core enterprise systems.

Based in North Sydney with a hybrid arrangement (minimum 3 days onsite), you will lead rollout across Workday, Chris21, HumanForce, D365, and Concur Expenses, ensuring seamless adoption, accurate pay processing, and minimal disruption from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management programs using Prosci ADKAR in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on ERP/HRIS/payroll/expense system rollout experience with Workday, Chris21, HumanForce, D365 or Concur.
• Outstanding written and verbal communications, translating technical workflows for staff and executives.
• Experience conducting Change Impact Assessments, measuring readiness, and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Lead change impact assessments, risk registers, and go/no-go readiness.
• Develop and tailor end-user communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Draft SOPs and facilitate training from existing collateral.
• Design go-live and embed plans with clear escalation paths to Business Support channels.
