Job summary

Zurich Cover-More seeks an experienced Change Lead to guide the people-side of a global transformation across ANZ in a fixed-term contract to 31 December 2028. You will partner with business leaders, product, operations, and technology teams to drive adoption and lasting improvements.

Responsibilities include developing change strategies, stakeholder plans, communications, and training, while measuring adoption and readiness to ensure successful go-lives across complex, multi-region environments.

Qualifications

• Leading organisational change for large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
• Developing change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, training and readiness frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience operating across complex, multi-stakeholder environments with global and regional teams.
• Ability to simplify complex change into practical, engaging, actionable messages.
• Measuring adoption, organisational readiness and business outcomes.
• Knowledge of structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent.
• Experience across agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Prepare teams for changes spanning digital customer experiences, case management, claims, policy servicing, automation, data and reporting.
• Shape communications, learning and readiness activities for successful implementation.
• Partner with leaders to define future ways of working and identify capability gaps.
• Assess readiness for major releases and provide go-live recommendations.
• Measure adoption and feedback, implementing actions to embed sustainable change.
• Support automation and process transformation initiatives by guiding new roles and workflows.

About the opportunity:

At Zurich Cover-More, we're on an ambitious transformation journey - we're launching Project Sirius, a major global program designed to modernise our technology, processes, customer experiences, and ways of working across our business.

We're seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive the people side of this transformation across ANZ. In this role, you'll partner with business leaders, product teams, operations, technology teams, and global stakeholders to ensure our people, partners, and processes are ready to successfully adopt new capabilities and deliver lasting business outcomes. What you’ll be doing:
