You will partner with the Organisational Change Lead, conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness activities, and turn feedback into actionable insights.

Ideal for someone with 1-2 years experience, curious, tech-savvy, and looking to grow in change management, digital transformation or business improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in change, transformation, project coordination or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with data, feedback and reporting.
• Passion for technology, innovation and AI.
• Experience supporting training, communications or stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to process mapping tools such as Visio, Miro or Lucid.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

About The Role

This is not your typical coordination role.

You\'ll be at the centre of one of BMD\'s most significant business transformation programs, supporting the rollout of new ERP platforms, digital solutions and AI-enabled ways of working across the business.

Partnering with the Organisational Change Lead, project teams and key stakeholders, you\'ll help ensure our people are ready, supported and engaged throughout the transformation journey.

This opportunity is perfect for someone with 1-2 years\' experience who wants to build a long-term career in change management, digital transformation or business improvement.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Supporting change management activities across enterprise-wide ERP and digital projects
• Conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness activities
• Turning survey results, feedback and adoption data into meaningful insights and recommendations
• Developing engaging communications, presentations and change materials
• Assisting with training needs analysis and creating learning resources that help teams succeed
• Supporting workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities
• Mapping business processes and documenting future ways of working
• Contributing to project reporting, governance and transformation delivery activities

What You\'ll Bring

We\'re looking for someone who is naturally curious, tech-savvy and excited by the impact technology can have on people and businesses.

Ideally You\'ll Have

• 1-2 years\' experience in change, transformation, project coordination, business analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, feedback and reporting
• A passion for technology, innovation and emerging AI solutions
• Experience supporting training, communications or stakeholder engagement activities
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Exposure to Teams, SharePoint and process mapping tools such as Visio, Miro or Lucid
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Bonus points for experience with ERP projects, digital transformation programs or change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
