Job summary

The BMD Group in Australia is seeking a curious, tech-savvy Change Coordinator to drive transformation across ERP and digital projects. You’ll work with the Organisational Change Lead to ensure teams are prepared, engaged and supported as we roll out new platforms and AI-enabled ways of working.

With 1-2 years’ experience in change, transformation, project coordination or business analysis, you’ll turn data into insights, support training and communications, and help map future processes while

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in change, transformation, project coordination, business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, feedback and reporting.
• A passion for technology, innovation and emerging AI solutions.
• Experience supporting training, communications or stakeholder engagement activities.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to Teams, SharePoint and process mapping tools such as Visio, Miro or Lucid.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

About The Role:

This is not your typical coordination role.

You'll be at the centre of one of BMD's most significant business transformation programs, supporting the rollout of new ERP platforms, digital solutions and AI-enabled ways of working across the business.

Partnering with the Organisational Change Lead, project teams and key stakeholders, you'll help ensure our people are ready, supported and engaged throughout the transformation journey.

This opportunity is perfect for someone with 1-2 years' experience who wants to build a long-term career in change management, digital transformation or business improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting change management activities across enterprise-wide ERP and digital projects
