About The Role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Strategy, this position will be at the forefront of driving and overseeing a diverse portfolio of organisational change initiatives - spanning people, process, culture, operating model, and technology - all closely aligned to the Fleetwood’s strategic objectives. With the organisation embracing an exciting period of transformation and an appetite for meaningful change, this role is pivotal in shaping how new ways of working are designed, adopted, and embedded for long-term success.

You’ll design and deliver robust change management frameworks and strategies that ensure transitions are smooth, sustainable, and embraced at every level of the business. Working collaboratively with the Executive Team, you will champion change at the highest level, while partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to embed transformational initiatives, accelerate adoption, and minimise resistance. You will help cultivate a culture of agility, curiosity, and continuous improvement, ensuring change is effectively communicated, well-managed, and delivers measurable results.

The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Are To

  • Lead the design and delivery of change management strategies that align with the company’s strategic direction and appetite for transformation, spanning people, process, culture, and technology.
  • Shape, implement, and embed a diverse range of change initiatives in partnership with executives, senior leaders, and project teams to ensure alignment, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong communication, shared ownership, and commitment to change.
  • Assess organisational readiness and manage impacts through robust analysis, proactive planning, and tailored support strategies.
  • Build capability and resilience across the business by coaching leaders, delivering training, and equipping teams with tools to lead and adapt to change.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies to maintain momentum, address resistance, and maximise the benefits of change initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, embedding learnings, and enabling the organisation to thrive in evolving environments.

About you:

We’re looking for an experienced change leader with a proven track record, ideally 10+ years delivering transformational initiatives across complex, multi-site environments. You have deep expertise in designing and executing change frameworks and can confidently navigate initiatives that extend well beyond technology, including cultural transformation, process optimisation, and business model change.

You are a strategic thinker, a natural influencer, and a skilled communicator who can engage equally well with executives, senior leaders, and frontline teams. You thrive in environments undergoing change and excel at building momentum, capability, and resilience in others. Collaborative, empathetic, and solutions-focused, you relish the opportunity to help shape the future of the business. If you’re energised by variety, challenge, and the chance to make a lasting impact in a company with a genuine appetite for transformation, we’d love to hear from you.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Demonstrate

  • Over 10 years of demonstrated success in leading change management within complex, multi-site national organisations, driving strategic transformation and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in a broad range of change methodologies, bringing both strategic insight and practical execution to transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, able to connect with stakeholders at all levels and foster strong, collaborative working environments.
  • A proactive problem-solver, skilled at identifying issues early and navigating challenges with clarity and composure.
  • Demonstrated success leading change within project teams, seamlessly integrating change strategies into program delivery.
  • Adaptable and team-oriented, with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams to drive lasting, positive change.
