Job summary

A leading consulting firm is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their team in Sydney. You will lead change delivery for risk and regulatory programs, engage with key regulatory bodies, and enhance risk culture across the business. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of Change Management experience with a strong background in regulatory engagement and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in Change Management, 5+ years in senior roles.
• Strong background in risk, compliance, and regulatory change.
• Direct experience with enforceable undertakings or regulatory remediation.

Are you a Seasoned Change Manager with deep expertise in risk transformation, regulatory engagement, and enforceable undertakings? Our client is seeking a Change Manager and a Chane lead to join them on their risk uplift journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead change delivery for high-impact risk and regulatory programs
• Engage with regulators (e.g., APRA, ASIC) and internal governance teams
• Develop and execute change strategies to uplift risk culture, compliance, and controls
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Exec stakeholders across the business
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities
• Track outcomes, report on progress, and ensure sustained change

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in Change Management (5+ in senior roles)
• Strong background in risk, compliance, and regulatory change – within banking
• Direct experience with enforceable undertakings or regulatory remediation programs
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
• Experience working with or within APRA/ASIC-regulated environments
