Job summary

Bupa is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join the Health Services team in Australia, based in Sydney or Melbourne on a 6 Month FTC. The role translates program changes into practical impacts, working within a complex, regulated, multi-stakeholder environment with empathy and clarity.

You will support change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training, shaping readiness and adoption across key initiatives. Security clearances may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in change analysis or change management within programs or projects.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute change strategies including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications and training support.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across project management, ICT, clinical and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Analysts, Project Managers and SMEs to complete structured change impact assessments for key initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis for major change initiatives and contribute to change management and communications planning.
• Support the design and delivery of targeted engagement activities, including site roadshows, town halls, webinars, drop-in sessions and targeted briefings.
• Capture stakeholder feedback and sentiment, identifying emerging concerns, risks or barriers to adoption.
• Draft and maintain clear change narratives, key messages, communication toolkits and supporting materials.
• Translate change impact assessments into training and capability needs, ensuring supporting materials reflect agreed plans and revised workflows.
• Contribute to readiness activities and adoption measurement by defining and tracking indicators.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Change Analyst to join our Health Services team, based in Sydney or Melbourne in a 6 Month FTC.

The Change Analyst is a specialist role focused on translating program and project changes into clear, practical and manageable impacts. The role requires an experienced change practitioner who is comfortable working in a complex, highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environment and who can bring structure, empathy and clarity to times of change.

You will have:

• Experience in change analysis or change management roles within programs or projects
• Demonstrated experience contributing to the design and execution of change strategies, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications and training support.
• Experience working as part of multidisciplinary teams including project management, business analysis, ICT, clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are desirable, with formal change management training or certification such as Prosci or equivalent highly regarded.

Please note: This is a Security Cleared Position. Applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
