Aware Super is seeking a dedicated Change Analyst to help prepare the business for significant change in technology and processes. You will coordinate stakeholder engagement, assess impacts, and develop communications and learning materials across multiple teams.
You will work with project managers, SMEs, technology teams and business leaders to ensure employees are prepared to adopt new processes and tools, including Workday-related changes, with strong governance and clear reporting.

Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, you'll play a key role in helping prepare the business for significant change by assessing impacts, supporting readiness activities, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and developing communications and learning materials. You will work across a broad range of business teams, collaborating with project managers, business analysts, SMEs, technology teams, testers, and business leaders to ensure employees are equipped to successfully adopt new processes and technology.
