  • Employment Type: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Fixed Term 2-year contract.
  • Remuneration: Level 8 - from $132,445 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading
  • Location: Kensington with transition to newly renovated office at our Randwick campus, anticipated for October 2026

About the Role

The Change Analyst drives end-to-end change management and business readiness across people, processes, technology, and policy. Working alongside project leads, BAU teams, and executives, this role translates solution requirements into clear impacts, prepares stakeholders, and ensures new ways of working are smoothly adopted. Additionally, the role sets practice standards, mentors change contributors and maintains high quality across all change initiatives.

This position works within the P&C Stream of the EPMO, reporting to the Engagement and Readiness Lead and collaborates with Change Managers, Project Leads, Product Owners, and Business Sponsors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change impact and readiness assessments, identifying risks, dependencies, and actionable recommendations to inform transition decisions.
  • Develop and execute integrated change and communication plans, proactively adjusting strategy as project scope, timelines, or priorities evolve. This includes preparing clear, visually compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Design and deliver targeted training, capability uplift, and support models to equip teams and ensure long-term solution adoption.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, drive cross-functional alignment, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solution readiness.
  • Track adoption metrics, feedback, and behavioural indicators to target interventions and embed new ways of working into standard operations.
  • Champion safety, organizational values, and risk management by proactively controlling physical and psychosocial hazards within your scope.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in organisational change management leading complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to independently conduct change and business readiness assessments, execute integrated change plans, and drive measurable adoption.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in standard office tools and web content management systems.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships, engage diverse stakeholders, and translate technical concepts for end users.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including the ability to identify and analyse stakeholders, build trusted relationships, influence outcomes, manage differing perspectives, and maintain engagement through complex change.
  • Strong presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to develop polished, audience-focused Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and confidently present complex information to executive, technical, and business audiences.
  • Track record in designing and rolling out targeted training strategies, e-learning content, and ongoing support models.
  • Commitment to organisational values, policies, and health and safety responsibilities, including managing both physical and psychosocial workplace risks.
