Job summary

Communicare, a WA-based community services provider, seeks a visionary Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, procurement, ICT, risk and compliance across Communicare and White Ribbon Australia. Reporting to the CEO, you will partner with the Board to drive social impact and sustainable growth.

In this senior not-for-profit role, you will shape financial strategy, governance, budgeting, reporting and performance across diverse functions, delivering transformational technology and governance

Qualifications

• CA or CPA accreditation and membership of a relevant professional body.
• Significant senior financial leadership experience in community/not-for-profit environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary corporate services functions.
• Ability to partner with Board Committees, CEOs, and executive teams to provide strategic advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across finance, ICT, projects, property, risk, compliance, and corporate services, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead financial strategy, governance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and resource management for sustainable growth.
• Drive digital and technology strategy, including ICT operations, cyber security, innovation, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the Project Office to ensure enterprise-wide delivery aligned with strategy, risk management, and operations.
• Oversee enterprise risk, compliance, governance, property, and asset management to ensure regulatory compliance.
