Job summary

Communicare is seeking a Chief Strategy and Impact Officer to lead organisational strategy, growth, quality and impact across the enterprise. The CSIO will develop and deliver integrated strategy, business development, partnerships, quality and impact measurement to position Communicare as a high‑performing, evidence‑led community services organisation.

Based in Western Australia, the CSIO will drive sustainable growth, support White Ribbon Australia, and oversee marketing, project governance

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• Strategic and commercial acumen with development of organisational strategy and growth initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across government, community, corporate and funding sectors.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making for impact measurement and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive organisational growth and enterprise planning.
• Drive business development and sustainability through grants, tenders, partnerships and new opportunities.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with government, community, corporate and funding stakeholders.
• Oversee enterprise services and national initiatives, including marketing, governance and reporting.
