Tobin McClintock is conducting a search for a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team of a large Australian organisation delivering across advanced manufacturing, critical infrastructure, research and commercial activities.

The successful candidate will bring CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a complex, regulated environment with strong commercial judgement and proven partnering with the ELT and external stakeholders.

Qualificações

• CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building as a cross functional ELT partner and influencer.
• Strong commercial judgement and business-partnering capability.
• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, defence, energy, healthcare production or another operationally intensive environment.
• Experience with significant assets and capital investment.
• Confidence operating in highly regulated and governance-intensive settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the finance function and partner with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to drive strategic outcomes.
• Oversee capital programmes, asset management and major investments in a regulated environment.
• Navigate governance processes and engage with high profile external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise commercial and operational performance.
