Opteon is seeking an experienced valuer in the Albury-Wodonga region to deliver accurate residential and commercial valuations across a diverse market. You will manage client expectations, maintain efficient turnaround times, and develop opportunities within a growing portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have CPV status, a property business degree, and strong report writing, analytics, and communication skills to service internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
• CPV status.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent report writing and analytical skills.
• Outstanding customer service and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Producing accurate and high-quality residential/commercial valuation reports across a varied property market, while meeting client expectations and turnaround timeframes.
• Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
