Opteon is seeking an experienced valuer in the Albury-Wodonga region to deliver accurate residential and commercial valuations across a diverse market. You will manage client expectations, maintain efficient turnaround times, and develop opportunities within a growing portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have CPV status, a property business degree, and strong report writing, analytics, and communication skills to service internal teams and external clients.

Located in the _ Albury-Wodonga _ areas if Victoria this opportunity will see you producing accurate and high-quality residential/commercial valuation reports across a varied property market, while meeting client expectations and turnaround timeframes. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure smooth and efficient outcomes for clients, while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

This position has a strong operational focus and requires the ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
