Job summary

Belgravia Arts, based in Melbourne, seeks a dynamic CEO to lead strategic growth and commercial success of the Arts portfolio. You will report to the Board, shaping strategy, culture, and financial outcomes across AU/NZ and potentially beyond.

You will oversee multiple venues, drive acquisitions or new locations, and champion customer experiences while maintaining strong industry relationships and governance. This role is anchored in a vibrant performing arts sector.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead arts-focused organizations
• Experience developing and implementing strategic plans and budgets
• Proven track record of growing program portfolios and partnerships

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a strategic plan for successful operations in the Arts sector across AU/NZ, and possibly abroad
• Develop and deliver annual financial budgeted results
• Oversee the operations of a portfolio of Arts venues to deliver strategic and financial objectives
• Identify new initiatives and business opportunities for sustainable growth in the Arts sector
• Expand our network of Arts venues through acquisitions, mergers or establishing new locations
• Drive a high-performance culture by attracting and retaining a team to effectively manage venues
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and uphold child-safe practices
• Maintain a safe workplace and adhere to company policies
• Represent Belgravia Arts positively across the industry and with partners
