Job summary

Tresillian is Australia''s largest early parenting service, seeking a health or human services CEO to lead across multiple sites and programs, including residential and community-based care. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive the 2025-2027 Strategic Plan, strengthen governance, secure funding, and build a values-led culture that supports families from the first days of parenthood.

Candidates must hold working rights in Australia and have postgraduate qualifications; AICD or equivalent

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-site health or human services organisations.
• Track record securing funding and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Postgraduate qualifications and governance credentials highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership aligned with Tresillian’s 2025-2027 plan across sites and programs.
• Oversee governance, quality, safety, risk, and accreditation to maintain high standards.
• Lead workforce development, partnerships with government, researchers and communities to deliver best-in-class care.
