Job description

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its well-respected youth services organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, operational, and cultural leadership, with a focus on performance, financial sustainability, safeguarding, service quality, workforce leadership, and stakeholder engagement. This role is pivotal in driving the organization's impact and sustainability, and the ideal CEO will be a values-driven leader with a strong background in the not-for-profit, community services, housing, homelessness, or related sectors.
