Job summary

Vicinity is seeking a Centre Manager for Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre. You will lead the onsite asset team, drive the centre's strategy, and partner with retailers to deliver strong customer and retailer experiences.

You will balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operations, ensuring financial performance, risk management, and compliance while shaping a destination that serves customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated shopping centre experience and ability to lead multiple functions.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, reporting and commercial decision-making.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite asset team and develop capability across functions.
• Develop, execute and monitor the centre's Vision Strategy Action Plan.
• Drive financial performance through budget leadership and cost management.
• Partner with retailers and stakeholders to support success and experience.
• Oversee operations, risk controls and compliance for the centre.
