Vicinity is seeking an experienced Centre Manager for Victoria Gardens to lead the onsite team, shape strategy, and drive strong operational and financial performance. You will strengthen retailer relationships, elevate customer experience and ensure effective centre management while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Experience leading teams in a retail centre or similar asset.
Strong financial management, budgeting and reporting capabilities.

Lead and develop the onsite asset team across multiple business functions.
Develop, execute and monitor the centre's Vision Strategy Action Plan.
Drive financial performance through budget management and income growth opportunities.
Partner with retailers and internal stakeholders to support retailer success and customer experience.
Oversee operational, health and safety, risk and compliance requirements.
