Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting with leadership.
• Current Working with Children Check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead collaboratively and manage priorities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Inspire and coach Educators and Teachers through mentoring and development.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for holistic development.
• Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
