Randstad Education in Hamilton, Victoria is seeking a permanent full-time Centre Director to lead a team of educators and ECTs. You will oversee operations, enrolments, budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance with the National Quality Framework.

The role focuses on delivering play-based learning programs, mentoring staff, and building strong partnerships with families and the local community. WWCC and work rights are required.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher in ECEC.
• Experience as Centre Director/Manager in Australian early learning setting.
• Current Victorian WWCC and Australian work rights.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, emotional intelligence.

This is a permanent, full-time leadership role focused on driving educational excellence, fostering positive team culture, and overseeing day-to-day operations:

• Leadership & Culture: Coach, mentor, and inspire a developing team of educators and ECTs, cultivating a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
• Operations & Compliance: Manage centre performance, enrolments, budgets, staffing, and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant regulations.
• Educational Programming: Guide the implementation of high-impact, play-based learning programs that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental milestones.
• Community Partnerships: Build authentic, trust-based relationships with enrolled families and the wider local community.

Successful Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or higher).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Centre Director / Centre Manager in an Australian early learning setting (essential).
• Compliance: Current Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Australian Work Rights.
• Leadership Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong mentoring capability, adaptability, and high emotional intelligence.
