Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a Centre Manager in Geelong, Victoria, to lead a high-quality early learning service where children thrive and families feel connected.

You will mentor and develop a dedicated team, drive quality outcomes, and shape a positive, inclusive culture with strong community relationships. A supportive leadership network and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or equivalent approved qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Leadership experience as Centre Manager/Assistant Director or similar role.
• Strong understanding of National Law, Regulations, National Quality Standards, and the EYLF.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
• Experience using childcare management systems and digital platforms.
