GenesisCare in Cairns is seeking an experienced Centre Leader to drive day-to-day operations of the radiation oncology service and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will oversee workforce planning, budgeting and professional development, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards, while fostering a collaborative, patient-centred culture.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualifications in Radiation Therapy or related management field.
• Clinical background in Radiation Therapy and radiation oncology service delivery.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with workforce planning, budgeting and performance management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations of the radiation oncology service and oversee therapy delivery.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, performance management and development.
• Manage centre budgets, KPIs and service efficiencies to improve delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement across patient experience, clinical quality, safety and operations.
• Build relationships with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists and stakeholders.
• Lead change initiatives and participate in broader organisational projects.
