Job summary

MH Consulting and Service is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a thriving, well-resourced early learning service in Melbourne's northern growth corridor, with access to Mickleham, Epping and surrounding areas. You will inspire a dedicated team, nurture a positive centre culture and foster strong relationships with children, families and educators.

The role offers supportive senior leadership, a monthly RDO, and opportunities for ongoing professional growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• Proven Centre Director experience or substantial experience in a comparable senior leadership position
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, QIP and Education and Care Regulations
• A confident, collaborative leader who mentors and develops educators
• A passion for building positive relationships with children, families and teams
• Current WWCC or VIT Registration, relevant First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, and full Australian working rights

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)

• A confident, collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing educators

Experience with Qikkids, Xplor or similar childcare management systems would be advantageous.
