Little Zak's Academy is seeking an experienced Centre Director to relocate to the Hunter Region NSW. You will lead services in Nulkaba and Kurri Kurri, taking ownership of budgets and driving service outcomes.

You will join a supportive leadership team with strong professional development and a clear path for career progression, including relocation assistance for the right candidates and highly competitive salary packages.

Formación

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree is required.
• Previous experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Building a strong, positive and engaged centre culture.
• Coaching and developing educators and leadership teams.
• Driving EYLF, NQS and quality improvement initiatives.
• Building relationships with families and local communities.
• Managing occupancy, financial performance and centre operations.
• Creating succession plans and developing future leaders.

Educación
